Passed down through generations, our family has proudly maintained this property for over 70 years—always with one mission in mind: to give every guest a warm, affordable, and memorable experience by the sea.

Our cottages are cozy, practical, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, offering families, couples, and friends a place to slow down, reconnect, and soak up the natural beauty of Hatteras Island. Whether you’re walking to the Avon Pier, cooking up a meal in your kitchen, or simply listening to the waves from your porch, we want you to feel at home.
